We have been using Salesforce.com in our company for about eight months now and have upgraded from the Professional version to the Enterprise version. The solution works well. There has been no unexpected downtime, and it is fast. The best thing has been that the users like this solution. Yes, user adoption is not what we would like or expect, but all things considered it is doing better than any other system in the company.If you want to try it out be sure to register for a free developers edition. This gives you two free licenses for you to experiment with. But if you are starting new, be careful of jumping in without reading up on it. It can be daunting only in the sense that there are so many features. Get a copy of Salesforce.com for Dummies. It will help you explore the system.
