personally, im going to get the omnia it seems like more bang for your buck w/ the 5mp camera and take it from me... you dont want a phone tht is touch and has keys like the sony ericsson because it gets old... realllyy fast going from one part of ur phone to another its better to just have it all at one place. the htc i think its a little over priced even though it does seem to have a good interface and such either way, each has pros/cons but i personally like the omnia
